Leading well-established fashion retailers seeks professional individual for the role of Senior Digital Marketing Executive.

Responsibilities
- Content Production & Optimisation
- Lead and execute TikTok & Instagram Reels content production (aligned with business calendar) from end-to-end.
- Manage internal stakeholders, Global Headquarters and media agency to optimise Always On TikTok Paid Media plans for better budget efficiencies and overall sales performance.
- Work with digital production agency to develop monthly key content for livestreams, based on business calendar.
- Suggest ways in which we can improve live views and engagement for livestreams, while driving sales at the same time.
- Train and onboard store staff on how to style and shoot photos for the in-house application
- Lead production (styling, talent scouting, editing) of special collaborations on a monthly basis
- Track performance of various staff and suggest ways to improve performance (e.g.clickthroughs) on our e-commerce site with bi-weekly store reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
- Experience in the software Capcut Editing and Adobe Photoshop
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience
- Passion for fashion / luxury/ fast fashion and able to style and write
- Production experience in a content agency preferred
- Experience working with media agencies preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communications skills and analytical ability
- Strong outcome-based, result-oriented mindset
- Multi-tasker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong project management capability
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design
