Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Accounts Manager with full sets of accounts and handling month-end closing activities
- Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation: Maintain accurate financial records to ensure seamless financial transactions
- Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internally
- Submit timely and accurate management and GST reports on a monthly basis
- Other administrative duties assigned
Pre-requisites:
- Preferably with related accounting/finance experience and qualifications
- Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Approach tasks with a meticulous and accurate mindset with a sense of urgency
