Position: Financial Services Operations Specialist
Location: Raffles
Salary: $2000 - $3500 (depends on experience)
Job Description:
- Gather user requirements from stakeholders.
- Draft user requirements and review functional specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive test cases and conduct testing.
- Document new processes and provide training to users.
- Analyze and problem-solve with a keen eye for details.
- Provide training for new procedures to users.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Utilize proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Job Requirements:
- Having a Diploma in Finance and Accounting will be advantageous.
- Proven experience in operations within the Financial Services sector.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bank reconciliation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
