Marketing Business Development Manager

The Salween Group, a leading B2B content marketing agency, seeks an exceptional candidate to join our agency team in Singapore as Marketing Business Development Manager.


The geographic focus of this role is Greater China and SE Asia.


In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and managing internal and external resources to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Your role will involve understanding our clients' business objectives, managing projects from inception to completion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management: Serve as our clients' primary point of contact. Understand their marketing needs, objectives, and challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to achieve their goals.
  2. Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  3. Budget Management: Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing ROI for clients.
  4. Bilingual Communication: Utilize your fluency in both Chinese and English to facilitate clear and effective communication between clients and internal teams. Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for the creative and technical teams.
  5. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare insightful reports for clients. Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and enhance client satisfaction.
  6. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, understanding their evolving needs, and anticipating future opportunities.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum four years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields.
  2. Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory. Proficiency in a SE Asian language is a plus.
  3. Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and client relationships.
  4. Strong understanding of the marketing landscape in Greater China, including cultural nuances and market trends.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  7. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
