Job Description
- Manage the clinic Call Centre and attend to phone calls and emails
- Responsible for scheduling of maintenance required for clinic and office premises
- To assist in requests of medical reports
- To assist in TPA submissions
- Check monthly invoices from service providers
- Other clinic admin duties as assigned
- 5.5 days work week
Job Requirements
- At least N/O Levels qualification
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with email writing and Microsoft Office applications
