The Key Job Responsibilies Are:
- Work with Business Unit Heads to assess staffing requirements and execute the plan.
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment functions, involvement in screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Guide hiring managers in the selection of candidates with the right competencies, experience, and culture fit through effective screening and assessment processes.
- Manage and handle employee relation matters such as providing advice and support BUs in the process of managing staff performance issues, and engaging in conservation and disciplinary sessions.
- Ensure the processing of the relevant applications for work passes, insurance, and timely submission of claims such as NS, Maternity leave & Childcare leave, etc.
- Administering employee benefits such as total rewards, insurance, and leave.
- Manage the annual performance appraisal exercise including preparation of required information in facilitating the entire process.
- Track employee skills development, promotion, and career progression.
- Review policies regularly and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and laws.
- Handling onboarding such as providing orientation to the new hire and offboarding including conducting exit interviews and administering exit clearance procedures.
- Prepare and present monthly reports or ad hoc reports required by management.
- Updating of Handbook, organization chart, and policies.
- To standardize practice for all regional countries, in terms of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding clearance, etc.
- Any other HR-related duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the reporting manager.
Skills & Experience:
- Possess at least a Degree in Human Resource / Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as an HR Generalist / Recruiter
- Familiar with the local Labor Act (Employment Act)
- Possess knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Excellent Technical Knowledge
- Possess organizational skill, problem-solving, and good interpersonal and communication skills is a must
- Meticulous and detailed-oriented, self-started, and able to multitask
- Critical thinker and willing to learn clinical knowledge
