Roles and responsibilities
- Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, tender documents, invoices in a prompt, professional and timely manner.
- Source for vendors and liaise with vendors to obtain shipment costing.
- Manage, prepare and vet commercial contracts and assist to conduct commercial discussions with customers.
- Generate invoices based on the contracted payment terms.
- Verify job costs from vendors.
- Generate monthly sales reports
- Coordinate and work with internal cross-functional departments & companies to support the execution, track milestones and delivery of projects.
- Follow up on payment collection of shipments.
- Create marketing materials.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experience in shipping related industry.
- Good interpersonal, organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Meticulous and willing to learn and take on new challenges.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
