Roles & Responsibilities
· Preparation and following up on progress claims, progress certification, variation orders and
settlement of final account with main contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers
· Maintain records, tracking and submission of all variation orders
· Able to work closely with whole tender team and carry out management’s direction
· Attend meetings/ site meetings
· Work closely with teammates
· Perform, any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Able to work under minimal supervision and be meticulous
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Pro-active, a good team player and able to work well under pressure
· Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Building
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in local Building industry
· Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking associate)
