Job Description
- Lead a team of M&E subcontractors and vendors
- Well-versed in M&E compliances with local codes and regulatory requirements
- Experience in M&E testing and commissioning, and handing over to clients
- Supervise work execution and inspections with the Consultants
- Able to chair and/or attend site progress and coordination meetings
- Able to generate work progress reports and schedule
- Able to produce AutoCAD coordination drawings for submission
Requirements
- Recognized Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years experience in M&E Building Services
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision
- Good command of English
