Project Manager

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in coordinating projects on retail, shopping complexes, boutiques, commercial and exhibition spaces.
   Note: Construction/engineering experience will not be considered.
2. Able to multi-task project management, site coordination skills and work independently.
3. Self-motivated with passion in interior design.
4. MS Office (Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint) is essential. (Microsoft Project)
5. Able to converse in English & Chinese.
6. Team player with good attitude and pleasant personality.
7. Preferably candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore immediately (SG Citizen / SPR)

Responsibilities:

1. Overall in-charge of the project.
2. Liaise with clients/designers and provide expertise and supervision towards the project team.
3. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans.
4. Ensure all plans/documents to landlords/local authorities are approved prior to commencement of work.
5. Conduct site marking/inspection prior to commencement of work.
6. Attend all project coordination and technical at site.
7. Monitor progress on site and ensure quality of works are in accordance.
8. To arrange smoothly of import materials, fixtures, display etc from other countries.
