Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in coordinating projects on retail, shopping complexes, boutiques, commercial and exhibition spaces.
Note: Construction/engineering experience will not be considered. - Able to multi-task project management, site coordination skills and work independently.
- Self-motivated with passion in interior design.
- MS Office (Microsoft Words/Excel/PowerPoint) is essential. (Microsoft Project)
- Able to converse in English & Chinese.
- Team player with good attitude and pleasant personality.
- Preferably candidates who are eligible to work in Singapore immediately (SG Citizen / SPR)
Responsibilities:
- Overall in-charge of the project.
- Liaise with clients/designers and provide expertise and supervision towards the project team.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans.
- Ensure all plans/documents to landlords/local authorities are approved prior to commencement of work.
- Conduct site marking/inspection prior to commencement of work.
- Attend all project coordination and technical at site.
- Monitor progress on site and ensure quality of works are in accordance.
- To arrange smoothly of import materials, fixtures, display etc from other countries.
