Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities -
Managing a full 360/ 180 degree end-to-end recruitment process to perform recruitment functions which include:
- Business development via cold-calling and business visits on new and potential clients.
- Liaising with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
- Provide professional consultations to both clients and candidates.
- Advertise and search for candidates, proactive sourcing of quality candidates through various job portals.
- Candidates job matching and career consultation.
- Shortlisting suitable candidates to fulfill clients’ requirements.
- Assist clients and candidates on interview arrangements, offer negotiating, contract signing and on-boarding.
- Prepare invoices and follow up on payment status.
Requirements -
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
- CEI certified preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience in areas of recruitment, sales or customer service.
- Resourceful with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive in partnering with HRs, hiring managers and internal team members.
