Job Description:
- Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects
- Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly
- Responsible for site activities, coordination and supervision works related to engineering and systems design
- Ensure timely completion of all projects particularly the T/C schedules
- Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination, supervision, submission of shop drawing including design & planning and submission of documentation & claims
- Prepare and review project scope of work and cost estimation for procurement of hardware and services. Manage vendors and review their performance
- Manage sub-contractors including planning and site activity
- Assist project managers in drafting quotations, contracts and agreements
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and handle all technical matters
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Relevant experience in ELV system (Security Access Control System, PA, Fire Alarm System, Structure cabling, & etc.) is preferred
- Have strong knowledge in designing a system for ELV security system
- Able to manage an ELV engineering projects cycle independently with minimum supervision
