Job Summary
This role will be reporting to the Assistant/ Manager HR. You will be pro-actively supporting the HR Manager in planning, recruitment, on-boarding of new employees, training and development
Job Scope
- Recruitment and selection (i.e Singapore Nursing Board and Work Pass processing)
- Conducting of interviews
- On-boarding and off-boarding process
- Update of staff information in HRIS
- Dormitory matters
- Preparation of HR reports
- Coordinating of performance management exercises
- Training administration
- Insurance matters
- Payrolls matters
- Any other duties assigned
Requirement
- Min Diploma in Human Resource or related field of study.
- Min. 3 years' of related HR work experience and Payroll scope
- Prior work experience handling work pass application and renewal
- Knowledge in Timesoft payroll software would be good
- Experience in the same role in the healthcare industry is an added advantage!
- IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
- Able to multi-task, work independently and follow through with assigned tasks
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and highly organised
