Job Description:
· Supervise and support the Accounts Payable (AP) section.
· Maintain vendor records in SAP.
· Conduct monthly reviews of bank reconciliations and prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
· Prepare monthly management and financial schedules, handling inquiries from the EOB (HQ) finance team.
· Prepare monthly accrual schedules and reconciliations for various expenses.
· Prepare and review GST submissions.
· Reconcile 3rd party Goods-In-Transit (GIT).
· Maintain the fixed asset register and handle capital expenditure (capex) filing and documentation.
· Handle tax queries from the accounting firm and liaise with external auditors and the company secretary for audit and legal matters.
· Manage general insurance matters (excluding employee insurance).
· Prepare XBRL Financial Statement filings.
· Compile quarterly or yearly data for submissions to the Department of Statistics and Economic Development Board (EDB).
· Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Qualifications:
· Minimum degree in Accountancy or equivalent
Required Skills & Abilities:
· Possess initiative and able to work independently.
· Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to lead and guide a team effectively.
· Audit experience is preferred.
· Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
· Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
