Location: Jurong Point
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5:30pm
Salary: Up to $6000
Responsibilities:
- Communicate assessment results, intervention plans, goals, outcomes and discharge plans to clients and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure proper use of equipment including technological-assisted rehabilitation equipment, train clients in the use of assistive device
- Recommend appropriate assistive device and equipment as needed
- Conduct occupational/physio therapy specific assessment for clients during admission, periodic care plan reviews and discharge
- Facilitate community integration through collaboration with other community partners as required
- Participate in case discussion with the care team
- Support in the training and supervision of Therapy Assistants
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in the specific therapy or any related fields
- Fresh graduates welcome as training provided
Bonus:
- A valid certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support with AED
- Full registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
