Job Description:
1. Responsible for maintenance & add-on related activities including attending meetings, coordination and supervision works.
2. Plan the maintenance schedule and ensure that the work schedules are executed as planned.
3. Review and check the service reports and ensure the information is accurate for the purposes of quotation submission or invoicing for completed works or following up action if required rectification works.
4. Assign tasks to the team when there are breakdown calls from the clients.
5. Monitor and follow up on procurement of parts.
6. Ensure the sub-con workers follow proper work processes.
7. Perform price negotiation to meet the budget.
8. Ensure the spare parts / equipment are always maintaining at the minimum stock inventory level.
9. Provide supervision to the Engineers and Technicians for day-to-day work activities.
10. Follow up payment from the customers.
11. Forecast future manpower needs to ensure there is sufficient manpower to perform the assigned tasks.
12. Co-ordinate with the project teams for projects handover.
13. Arrange and conduct training for the staff.

Job Requirements:
1. Diploma / Degree in Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of work experience in the related field.
3. Experience in one or more of the following fields will be an added advantage:
· Building Management System
· Security, Access Control, CCTV System
· Fire Alarm System
4. Good management Skills.
5. Pleasant personality, excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain a positive relationship with customer satisfaction.
