We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive to join our team of Human Resources professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
Supporting HR initiatives at both the country and regional levels, including but not limited to:
- Planning and facilitation of the annual Firm Trip
- Administration of compensation and benefit plans
- Assisting with Payroll administration
- Assisting in the talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Organisation and coordination of employee welfare-related seminars/programmes
- Any other duties/projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist
- HR experience in a law / professional services firm would be advantageous
- A degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of related working experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Resourceful, flexible, and responsive in dealing with people
- Meticulous, with an eye for detail
