Job Description
· Responsible for scheduling and supervising day to day Logistics operation in materials, equipment and logistics team / contractors to fulfil the work scheduled.
· Responsible to maintain safety and risk assessment management to ensure continuity of safe working environment
· Ensure the storage and inventory accuracy of warehouse products
· Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse & compound at all times
· Ensure the warehouse vehicle and warehouse equipment record / certificate are maintain regularly and up to date
· Responsible to prepare monthly Logistics report
· Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower
· Ensure achievement of departmental and individual goal aligning with corporate goal
· Responsible to lead and solve the daily work-related issue with Log Team
· Responsible for compliance with Management Directive and Company policies
· Responsible to any ad-hod duties assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements
· At least 3 years supervisory skill in logistic under construction field
· Min education level: O level, diploma and degree in logistics / supply chain
· Fast learner
· Able to work multitask and independently
· Strong leadership, management, planning and problem-solving skills
· Ability to meet deadlines
· BCSS/CSOC certificate is a must
