General Description:
As an Account Lead, you will primarily be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships while also developing business and generating income. You will be the main point of contact for the customer on all corporate and commercial issues. You will also be involved in all services and will be expected to consistently add value to the customer. You will be active in the market, expand name recognition, and create leads that will result in long-term value. You will work closely with other team members, mainly executives, marketing, sales, account management, and services.
Responsibilities will mainly include:
- Developing new and valuable customer relationships.
- Build strong brand awareness and name recognition in the market.
- Work with the executive team to create new service lines of business.
- Work with and assist the marketing team on marketing-related strategies and execution.
- Work with the sales team to draft and produce detailed proposals, and quotations.
- Represent BluOcean, Negotiate and sign contracts with customers as may be needed.
- Achieve business-related targets and results.
- Develop and retain relationships with industry professionals.
- Keep up to date on industry developments related to tech, players, and practices.
These are the main qualifications we are looking for:
- Proven sales, business development, or account management experience.
- Existing strong network of relationships in APAC Security is a plus.
- Experience selling complex solutions to demanding customers.
- Great relationship management skills and the ability to grow an account.
- Go-getter and results-oriented.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
