The Services required are set out as follows:
1) School Operations Assistant
Reporting to the OM, the candidate will assist him in:
- general cleaning, monitoring cleaning logistics and supervising other cleaners;
- marshalling traffic within the school;
- providing logistics support for school activities and functions;
- any other administration / operation duties assigned.
The personnel shall sign an Undertaking to safeguard official information.
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1) School Operations Assistant
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in general cleaning, canteen and operations field; or equivalent;
- Physically fit and mobile;
- Relevant work experience in canteen and operation with a school is advantageous;
- Supervisory skills to manage cleaners;
- Experience in marshalling traffic in school is advantageous.
