- Communicate with manager to identify training needs for different category of cleaners.
- Schedule ongoing WSQ training for workers who have completed 3 months of employment in according to NEA/job requirements.
- Source for training providers and register employees for courses.
- Communicate training details to the Manager/Supervisor and ensure they attend the mandatory training.
- Ensure all employees must have Singpass for taking e-attendance prior to attending training.
- Check with training provider on attendance and ensure trainees who are absent will attend reschedule training
- Work closely with training provider to update attendance after every course attended.
- Ensure all cleaners are 100% trained 3 months before expiry of cleaning licence.
- Register employees for training subsidies.
- Monitor training grants
- Manage and update training information in EasyPay.
- Visit sites to help employees retrieve training certificates using their Singpass and update their certification in EasyPay.
- Update and manage employee records.
- Preparation relevant letters to effect staff movements (appointment, resignation, transfers, confirmation, promotions, warning letters etc).
- Responsible for the documentation of new hires; up-to-date, accurate information and documents are kept in employees' P files.
- Handle work passes related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation etc. via WPOL/EPOL.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE āNā Level
- Strong administrative skills
- Familiar with the administration of WSQ programs
- Team player with initiative and ability to work independently
- Well-organised, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Problem solver - able to adjust and resolve issues in a fast-paced organisation
- Cheerful disposition with a positive can-do spirit
- Knowledge of EasyPay software will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Microsoft Suite
- Well versed in Excel formula, V Lookup & etc.
