Call Centre Officer
Duration: 6 months contract
Working hours: Monday - Friday
Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am-6pm
Location: Kallang
Job Scope:
- Respond to a high volume of incoming customer calls through an automated phone system.
- Initiate outbound calls to patients, referrals, and sales contacts as necessary.
- Employ available resources to diagnose and resolve patient concerns or problems.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in relevant studies
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required
- Call center experience preferred
