Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operations of the Child Care Centre.
- Provide supervision, leadership and training to teachers and staff at the centre.
- Ensure the Centre meets ECDA licensing and operational requirements.
- Ensure proper classroom and children management and maintaining a learning and safety environment.
- Plan, organize and co-ordinate Centre activities and events.
- Planning and preparing teachers' and staff work schedule to ensure operation requirements are met.
- Responsible for health, safety and hygiene of the children and Centre.
- Maintain good communication and establish good rapport with teachers and parents.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree/Master in Early Childhood Care and/or Education-Leadership and/or in Early Childhood Care and Education
- Have experience in working with infants
- A good team player,
- Passion for children and love working with infants
