Report to Design Manager / Project Manager / Project Director.
Review of instrumentation scheme.
Ground stability assessment.
Liaise with Design Engineer / Team Leader (C&S) for the estimation of ground movement.
Monitor instrumentation readings and liaise with Project Team regarding trend of instruments during construction. Raise Instrument Tracking form with register and monitor status if instruments are not stable.
Liaise with Temporary Works Design Consultants & Client regarding instrument locations, installation and frequency of instrument monitoring.
Submit Instrument As-Built Information and Reports with checklist to relevant authorities and maintain summary of instrument in the Instrument Review form for review meetings discussion.
Arrange meetings with construction team to discuss the trend of instruments and follow up with necessary remedial measures by construction team.
Follow up with construction team regarding instrument obstructions/damage. Maintain summary of damaged/obstructed instruments with status. To feedback to Technical Manager/Construction PM periodically.
Obtain and maintain instrument readout calibration status from sub-contractor.
Attend meetings with Client, Designers and Sub-Con regarding geo-technical and instrumentation issues.
Manage and co-ordinate the production of drawings / documents to relevant parties.
Submission of samples / product catalogues / technical specifications to design consultant and Client for review / approval related to Geo-technic.
Responsible for the document control of all instrumentation documents.
Ensure the issue of drawings / documents to relevant parties related to geo-technic.
