Retail Area Manager
The Retail Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of multiple retail stores within a designated area. This includes ensuring that each store meets or exceeds sales targets, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains high operational standards.
Responsibilities:

- Ensure that stores are visually appealing, with displays and layouts that enhance the customer experience and stores adhere to all legal and safety guidelines and regulations.
- Monitor sales and key metric performance across various outlets within the designated area of responsibility and provide regular updates to corporate office.
- Analyze sales reports and provide insights into the factors driving fluctuations in sales, where possible.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and make recommendations for new store locations or expansions.
