ROLE: UIUX Designer Cum Developer
Designer: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
Developer: React JS, Type Script, Material UI, FAST API
Requirement: Ability to develop UI/UX as well as designing it aesthetically
aligning to understanding user requirements to enhance the user experience
The Programmers shall be required to:
i. Develop personas, empathy maps, and customer journey maps through user research and data
ii. Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes around customer needs while balancing business requirements
iii. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and developers
iv. Analyze user feedback and activities and iterate to enhance the user experience
v. Provide expert reviews on UX elements on websites and mobile apps
vi. Keep abreast of emerging industry and design trends and recommend them to supervisors
