- Penetrate and pursue opportunities for account growth with existing and new customers within the corporate channel.
- Build and improve the quality of business relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Conduct visits at store level to monitor the ground situation at island-wide retail locations.
- Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals for the sale of sim cards and top-up revenue.
- Ensure provision of proper after-sales support and services to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good relationships with clients
- Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline with at least 2-3 years of sales experience.
- An independent, hardworking, and highly responsible individual with a great sense of urgency.
- Extremely passionate and highly driven with a strong ability to self-motivate.
- Relevant sales experience or experience in providing corporate sales solutions.
- Previous experience within the telecommunications industry would be advantageous.
- Dynamic with a can-do attitude.
