- Report to the Executive Chairman and assigned leader.
-Lead a team of QA/QC personnel to provide support on quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure - compliance with Contract, Company’s Projects and maintenance of the Quality system.
- Manage, supervise and guide inspectors, technicians and other staff @ the project sites.
- Devise and plan procedures to inspect and resolve quality assurance issues.
- Responsible to prepare and conduct quality assurance inspections in a systematic manner, investigations for potential quality non-conformance, compliance concerns and recommend follow-up actions to mitigate such issues.
- Prepare quality reports and facilitate for follow-up actions required.
- Supervise and manage contractors, sub-contractors and provide liaising duties with clients to ensure service delivery, ad-hoc works, and all scheduled maintenance and/or project deliverables are done in accordance to the requirements.
- Attend regular project meetings on behalf of the Company with Clients and Clients’ Representatives.
- Lead the internal audit program for operation site include identifying opportunities for quality systems’ improvements to meet Company’s quality objectives.
- Ensure professional quality control and assurance for the delivery of works in excellent quality in compliance with the client’s requirements in the set time frame.
- Co-ordinate with project team for all the works requiring your QC expertise/technical support for the works to be carried out effectively and as per given specifications within the set time frame.
- Monitoring all operations that affect quality and project deliverables.
- Review current standards and policies.
- Maintain records of quality reports and relevant documentation.
- Ensure all legal standards are met. Undertakes works assigned by Superior from time to time.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
