Key responsibilities:
- Identifying and acquiring new customers through outreach initiatives and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and business development operations and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain file system, client databases and update customer records. (CRM & Excel)
- Provide sales and customer service support to the sales and business development team.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Assist in the coordination and organisation of sales events and exhibitions.
- Liaise with internal and external costing team for timely proposal submission to clients
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, sales proposals and other sales materials.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma education.
- Training will be provided to non-experienced candidate
- Good interpersonal skills and sales-oriented
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Proactive, Independent, meticulous and a good team player.
- Keen interest to learn new knowledge.
- Proficiency in Google office Suite & MS Office
