To Liaise and co-ordinate with consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors and authorities.
- co-ordinate meetings & daily briefings at work-site/locations.
- To guide Juniors and supervise supervisors.
- Checking/Update all installation drawings and prepare relevant schedules.
- Prepare cost estimation, budget and control and to check sub-contractor’s progress claim
- Monitor and supervise work progress, quality control and ensure that safety regulations are adhered
- Involved in testing and commissioning.
- Knowledge in Singapore Standards and other International Standards.
- Response to identify the clashes and coordinate with other M&E contractors.
- Reviewing technical submissions of documents and prepares relevant documents and drawings.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or plant management.
- Technical investigations & Perform site survey
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent certificate.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in Electrical Installation Works.
- Related working experience in power and electrical industries.
- Knowledge in relevant software and MS Office & engineering, planning and design software.
