Role Description

As a Finance & HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of both the finance and human resources functions within our organization. This dual-focused role demands a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. You will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, managing HR functions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.


Key Responsibilities:


Financial Duties:

  • Carry out day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making processes.
  • Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance against targets.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.

Human Resources Duties:

  • Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Administer employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate smooth integration into the organization.
  • Manage employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and performance evaluations.
  • Collecting and verifying employee time and attendance data, including hours worked, overtime, leave, and sick leave.
  • Calculating gross wages, deductions, and nett pay for each pay period.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR or related field
  • Experience in Finance, Accounting or HR
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
