Responsibilities
o Assists managers in planning the audit engagement
o Supervises the staff during the engagement
o Ensures that audit and related administrative activities, documents and reports are accomplished on time and according to the professional standards of the firm
o Prepares client billings and pursues collection
o Trains the staff he/she supervises
o Evaluates and reviews the performance of the staff and discusses with them their areas of improvement
o When necessary, performs the function of an associate
Requirements
o Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy.
o At least 3 to 5 of audit experience preferably in international accounting firm.
o Ability to work independently, communicate effectively and possess strong interpersonal skills.
