- Identify sales opportunities and provide product solutions to clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve profitability.
- Engage in marketing events and passive marketing tools to acquire new business.
- Understand and keep up-to-date with company sales, competitors and industry trends.
- Provide after-sales service in maintaining strong customer relationships and handling client enquiries.
- Handle cold-calling and bring in new clients.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers. Handle inbound sales calls, emails and follows up on potential and existing customers.
- Communicate with customers on job order requirements. Monitor sales updates and customer job status and work closely with relevant departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth operations within the company.
- Work with Customer Service to maintain Customer Database.
- Assist Senior Manager to maintain/improve the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and responding appropriately to any changes in customer’s personnel, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy.
- Support market intelligence by gathering information on customers, prospects, competitors, market situation and trends in the various segments, influence groups & stakeholders, service offering and substitutes.
