The Business Development Executive is also responsible for exploring and developing new business partnerships to increase the company revenue as well as expanding brand presence as follow:
· On-site Partnership: excellent skills in bringing in clients to position their products and services within the Mdada
office for live sales.
· Off-site Partnership: source and develop partnerships with clients to on-board Mdada live on the client’s premises.
· Working with the Creative Director in organizing, developing, and executing data-driven, brand-aligned digital marketing plans for all online channels and e-commerce platforms
· Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential partners.
· Manage MDADA’s product portfolio on the website and marketplaces (such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.), including product uploads, product updates, delisting, returns, defect management, and content updates.
· Translating proposal into ready-to-sign contract
· Assist in developing effective online campaigns (Shopee, Lazada, TilTok) and e-commerce strategies to acquire new customers and maximize potential opportunities.
· Provide SEO/SEM/affiliation and digital marketing through innovation and process improvements to drive optimization, organic traffic growth, and invoicing control to ensure the smooth running of websites and marketplaces.
· Provide support in other areas of digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, website UX, and paid social media.
· Keeps up-to-date with the latest e-commerce-related developments and maintains awareness of market trends in the retail industry (especially in the beauty industry).
· In liaison with KOLs and LOEs, the successful incumbent is also responsible for ensuring the smooth production of the daily live stream shows on Mdada’s various channels and ensuring the sales and revenue targets for the shows are achieved.
Job Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business, Information Systems or any related field
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in any sales/ e-Commerce/ online marketing/ online merchandising related role
· Knowledgeable in e-Commerce CMS systems such as Shopify and Shopline etc.
· Working knowledge of principles in SEO including keyword search and Google Analytics
· Attention to detail and understanding of beauty/retail/e-commerce trends
· Takes initiative and able to work independently as well as in a team
· Have a good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
· Graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Canva etc.) or any image editing skills will be advantageous.
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
