Responsibilities

• Preparation of full sets of accounts.

• Update daily cash flow, input of sales and receipts

• Preparation of Daily Collection, Sales Revenue report and journal entries.

• Preparation of GST return

• Preparation XBRL submission and liaison with auditor for AR filing

• Preparation of Financial Statements, Bank Reconciliation and Accounts Schedules for monthly closing

• Handling of invoices and payments to Suppliers

• Preparation of Accounts Payable Ageing Reports

• Preparation of inter-company billings and month end inter-company balances confirmation.

• Updating of lease schedules
• Handling petty cash reports and reimbursements and directors' claims

• Audit of stock inventory at Operations
• Manage the budget for Operations expenditure on consumables and any other items as per required

• Monthly Forecast Reports and analysis of actual / forecast vs Budget

• Handling payroll - computation of staff commission, salaries and preparation of payslips
• E-filing of monthly CPF contributions to the CPF Board after receiving approval
• Submission for application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes and permits
• Preparation and e-filing form IR21 to IRAS
• Preparation and e-filing of IR8A, Appendix 8A, Appendix 8B, Form IR8S (when necessary) to IRAS
• Submission of Government paid leaves and Make-up pay for Reservist

• Submission of PIC / other Government grants application and submission

• Computation of ROI for each staff


Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or ACCA.
• 3-5 years of working experience, preferably with some audit background.
• Experience in Payroll administration and preparation of GL/AR/AP
• Computer literacy – Excel, MS Words & PowerPoint and in other Microsoft office applications
• Experience in MYOB Software
• Good oral and written communication skills and able to work with different level of people in the organization.
• Independent and meticulous, resourceful and meticulous team player with good interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act & regulations
• Hands-on approach, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Able to commence work within a short period of notice.

• Working Location : Bt Merah area

• Working hours : Mon-Fri 9.00am - 6.30pm or 8.30am - 6.00pm
