- Salary Range : Up to S$4,500 Per month
Responsibilities:
- Analyze end users and market demands
- Perform product and competitors analyses
- Perform and coordinate market research
- Engage SBUs to prepare new product request
- Consolidate product request from all SBUs to strategize new product roadmap
- Follow up on progress of R&D on new product request
- Preparation of sales promotion and marketing material/tool for new products
- Conduct sales forecast for new and existing products
- Sales performance tracking for new products
- Adhoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or relevant
- Experience in air-conditioning industry (AP/UP/related business) will be an advantage
- Analytical and objective approach towards assessing product request, planning and strategy
- Good knowledge of economics and current market trends
- Ability to develop product strategies
- Proactive and influential personality with ability to persuade and drive decisions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and time management skills
