The role
We are looking for an energetic and vibrant individual with experience in Business Development or Marketing. In this new role, you will be working closely with teams in Singapore and across ASEAN to support growth through implementing the regions Marketing and Business Development strategy.
This position requires a high degree of organisation with the ability to engage with colleagues across countries, departments and at all levels. The successful candidate will receive guidance and support to ensure success.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and maintain a pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with Directors and Partners across various service lines to respond quickly to enquiries
- Communicate with existing clients and prospects to understand their needs
- Maintain client activities in our CRM system
- Prepare reports on business opportunities, progress and KPIs
- Assist in preparing proposals and templates, ensuring they adhere to brand guidelines
- Act as the key point of contact for multi-firm proposals and collaborate with firms across ASEAN to gather materials required for proposals
- Track and monitor proposal progress, ensuring coordination and communication
Qualifications and requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, experience in professional services a plus
- Strong teamwork, initiative, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage senior-level relationships
- Strong skills in written and oral English
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Technical knowledge in either tax or audit is a plus
