Job Description & Requirements
The main scope of the role is to provide best of class before and after sales service to new corporate clients. This is a hunter role. Basic Salary + Commission .
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of client service by responding timely and accurately to enquiries from customers
- Grow existing accounts and continue to develop new accounts
- Able to achieve strong Customer Relationship Management standards
- Provide pre and post sales customer service which includes enquiries, quotations, invoicing and feedback.
- Arrangements of deliveries or self-collections.
- Must be able to handle crystals awards which are fragile & weighty.
- Ad hoc duties assigned
Qualifications
- Professional, self-motivated, focused and creative
- Proven track records in driving sales revenue growth and expanding new distribution channels
- Strong interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds effortlessly
- Required to converse in English and Mandarin (for liaising with Chinese speaking counterpart)
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Class 3/3A Driving license would be advantageous
