Responsibilities:
- Proactively search, qualify, develop and engage in new customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities in the manufacturing & logistics market and develop an active pipeline of accounts.
- Good understanding of various type of automation solutions.
- Understand and present technical solution proposal to customers/partners.
- Acquire, onboard and successful conversion of prospects.
- Prepare and customize sales materials to help with new client acquisition.
- Manage and monitor day-to-day relationships and communications with key clients.
- Update and track weekly activities on sales CRM against weekly target
Requirements:
- 2-4 years and above technical sales or solutions experience in the IT/Industrial Automation/Robotics industry.
- Ability to interact professionally and reliably with senior level executives within and outside the company.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player.
- Proactive & ambitious.
- Strong drive to deliver results.
- Self-motivated with an outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in both verbal and written English.
- Comfortable to travel within Singapore and Malaysia.
- Comfortable with direct sales, making cold calls and emails to develop leads, set meetings with potential prospects and onboarding.
