Reporting to the HR Lead, you will manage the full cycle of payroll activities and supporting HR processes, including but not limited to:
- Manage payroll process for the company, calculation of salary details, government claims
- Manage employee letters, reference letters, background checks, mandatory training, etc.
- Manage work pass renewal processes
- Manage employee data

- 5 day work week
- Office location: Central-West, Singapore
- Headcount: 300+
- Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement
skills and experience required
- Relevant experience in processing end to end payroll
- Strong knowledge in MOM laws and regulations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
