about the job

Reporting to the HR Lead, you will manage the full cycle of payroll activities and supporting HR processes, including but not limited to:

  • Manage payroll process for the company, calculation of salary details, government claims
  • Manage employee letters, reference letters, background checks, mandatory training, etc.
  • Manage work pass renewal processes
  • Manage employee data

  • 5 day work week
  • Office location: Central-West, Singapore
  • Headcount: 300+
  • Immediately available/ short notice preferred but not a requirement

skills and experience required

  • Relevant experience in processing end to end payroll
  • Strong knowledge in MOM laws and regulations
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
