Job Scope:
- In charge of full spectrum HR operation, recruitment and administration
- Maintain, upkeep and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence
- Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes (WP/SP/EP)
- Responsible to manage, verify and update Time Attendance for payroll processing
- Process monthly payroll
- General HR administration, such as preparation of Letter of Appointment, confirmation letter and HR related document
- Preparing of new join staff orientation kit such as sitting arrangement, IT/email setup, stationery, name card, laptop
- Handling of company insurances (Group Medical, Workmen Injury Compensation, Vehicle Insurance)
- Prepare submission to government agencies, such as CPF, IRAS, FWL, NS claims, Government Paid leave claims and etc.
- Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administrative or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably with Construction industry background
- Well versed with Singapore Employment Act
- Able to start work with short notice period
