Reporting directly to the Chief Client Delivery Officer, you will be a member of the regional leadership team at Moneythor and play a crucial role in driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and managing a team of Solution Engineers as well as leading and driving our strategic projects in the region. You will collaborate closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams in addition to the Client Success leadership across a variety of pre-sales, implementation and support activities.
This role is based out of our downtown Singapore Headquarters where we operate within a hybrid environment, blending remote and onsite work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing Solution Engineers team to drive expansion, retention, and achievement of success goals and KPIs.
- Ensure adherence to solution engineering standards, internal best practices, and compliance.
- Develop, track, and report on client scorecard to enhance client health, platform adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Evangelize existing and new solution features to clients, driving platform adoption and new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability.
- Understand and analyse clients’ business & technical requirements, and help implement, test, package, configure and deploy the Moneythor solution and ensure timely and accurate deliverables.
- Leverage your deep hands-on technical skills across enterprise software and Web technologies to manage our clients' implementations.
- Maintain in-depth understanding of the Moneythor solution and provide vetted, impactful feedback to the product team.
- Partner with the sales, partnerships, marketing and product teams in pre-sales, onboarding, and client retention activities.
- Enhance the company’s Client Success Playbook to improve the client experience and ensure client success.
- Foster collaboration and ongoing learning within the team and across client lifecycle.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years' experience leading enterprise software and/or SaaS technical account management or solution engineering teams
- Proficient in Web/database and broader enterprise software technologies
- Extensive Project and Program Management expertise
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a focus on people management and development
- Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative analysis and implement growth and retention strategies
