Centre Administrator (CareElderly)
This position is responsible to perform administrative and clerical duties, streamlining processes to enhance efficient administration services to the department, and support in any ad-hoc projects assigned by the Head of
Department.
Responsibilities
General Administration
1. Data Management & Report Generation
· Maintaining up-to-date documentation for accurate and efficient tracking, reporting and auditing purposes
· Assisting in monitoring accurate KPIs for report generation
· Developing processes to collate information internally necessary for upkeeping clients’ database and submission of reports
2. HSG administrative tasks
· Collating the list of all centre’s active ageing programmes, maintaining up-todate master calendar, and
· Managing the referral emails and providing timely responses to Community Teams (PCN)
· Contacting and arranging with seniors for the first appointment at the respective AAC, and following-up with second contact within the stipulated protocol (if first contact is unsuccessful)
· Maintenance of system as well as membership records.
Centre-Based Administration
· Maintaining good filing system in the respective Centres
· Manging external enquiries and providing accurate information services
· Assisting the internal staff in contacting seniors relating to AAC programmes and services
Programme Administration
· Procurement of publicity materials/logistics as and when needed
· Rendering support in facilitating programmes and activities in the Centre as and when required
Other Duties ·
Performing the centralised procurement for the department
· Carrying out any other duties as assigned by HOD or Supervisor
· Attending to all relevant trainings assigned by HOD
Requirements
· GCE A Level and above
· IT savvy especially in Microsoft Office: Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheets
· Possess effective organisational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail.
· Good communication & interpersonal skills
· Preferably with interest and passion for the elderly
· Able to attend and participate in regular devotions in church
