LEW Technician (Licensed Electrical Worker), Level 7 or Higher

- Working Hours: 5.5 Working Days/Week (Rotating: 7 AM – 4 PM/ 2 PM – 11 PM/ 10.30 PM – 7.30 AM)

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily operational activities such as:
- Preventive and breakdown technical support,
- Maintenance for mechanical/ electrical services, plumbing & sanitary services, ACMV systems, chillers and electrical control
- Electrical related works (for all Low and High voltage systems) and Preventive & breakdown technical support
- Inspection and maintenance of site electrical equipment, and
- Attending to customers' enquiries/ requests.
Requirements:
- Has hands-on technical knowledge with minimum 3 years of Facilities Management experience.
- Required to have Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Certificate (Grade 7 or higher)
- Possess recognized technical certificate in Mechanical & Electrical, Building Services, Facility Technology or its equivalent.
- Comfortable to work 5.5 working days/week (with rotating shift arrangement)
- Advantageous to have, but not a must: Technical Certificates in Mechanical & Technical, Building Services, Facilities Technology, etc.
