Responsibilities
- Understanding customers’ IT environment and business requirements
- Provide technical consultation to customers
- Perform technical presentations, coordinate proof of Concepts, solutions and product demonstration to a variety of audiences from C-level to IT Executives.
- Work closely with sales & post sales team by participating and supporting all sales strategies and business goals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to prepare quotations and proposals
- Act as a technology bridge between Sales and Technical team
- Engage vendors for support and solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years proven track record in Presales/Sales capacity for Information Technology Solutions & Services
- Possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or related fields
- Excellent communications and writing skills
- Ability to communicate technical and business concepts effectively to C-Levels
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin speaking customers
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge and experience with Infrastructure Technologies and Solutions, such as Server Operating Systems (Windows Servers, Linux), Virtualization solutions (Hyper-V, VMware), Networking, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Cybersecurity Solutions will be advantageous
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
