Job Responsibilities:
• Formulate media and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Collaborate closely with sales team, business units and external parties to put in place the best visibility strategies.
• Create engaging and persuasive content for online and offline marketing materials.
• Act as a point of liaison for B2B Customers for marketing matters.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
• Copywriting for marketing collateral, including e-dms, brochures, online banners, and more.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, skincare, or haircare industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Result oriented and able to achieve targets and goals set by Management.
• Passion for all things marketing, communications, technology, and sustainability.
• Strong analytical skills, result oriented, and able to evaluate data and provide insights to improve performance.
• Able to work independently within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in design software, such as Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficient in Video Creation and Editing.
