Our client is a fast-expanding REIT business listed in SGX. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for a high calibre all-rounded Senior Finance Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the CFO, you are responsible for the consolidation and financial reporting of entities to comply with the SGX requirement, preparation for SGX reports, monitoring cash flow, udgeting, financial forecasts and analysis, and to provide recommendations to senior management to improve business performance, liaise with external auditors for financial statements preparation.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance/ Qualified Accountant with prior experience Big 4 audit firms are highly preferred
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin as need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
