Duties:
- Analyze user requirements and draft detailed functional specifications.
- Serve as the bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies and support testing phases.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide training to business users.
- Mitigate business and regulatory compliance risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to compliance and technology.
- Proactively address potential concerns and share risk management practices.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in IT or any relevant field.
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience.
