Job Description:
- Ensure compliance to all product safety and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Liaise with authorities and stakeholders on all matters pertaining to product safety, food safety, hygiene and cleanliness compliance.
- Execute and follow up on internal and external audits.
- Provide technical advice and support to other departments.
- Provide support in developing internal guidelines and educational materials.
- Provide support and facilitate the implementation of QA monitoring programs (e.g. imports check, pest control, microbiological testing etc.)
- Any other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative work
- Critical thinking, technical understanding and willing to travel islandwide to various stores
