The Property Executive shall:
- manage properties efficiently & effectively on behalf of the Authority.
- shall be responsible for supervising, controlling & ensuring safety of works at Authority's properties.
- carry out routine & ad-hoc inspections to ensure cleanliness such that the properties are well
- maintain & to report any damage or any incident causing damage to the properties.
- maintain good rapport with occupants & liaise with occupants on operations & facilities management related matters.
- attend to all complaints, queries & feedback pertaining to the daily operations of the properties.
- liaise & monitor the performance of Authority's contractor & subcontractors including those
- appointed by the Authority, to ensure works are carried out satisfactorily & promptly.
- ensure preventive maintenance is carried out on time & of satisfactory standards.
- to provide logistic support for any event or exercise conducted at the Properties.
- respond to emergency situations.
Requirements
- The Property Executive shall possess a recognized Diploma with appropriate experience in facilities management & customer relations.
